Please use our online scheduler, call or email to schedule an appointment. Contact us directly to schedule a free 15 minute consultation, energy healing or herbal consultation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

COLD & FLU POLICY:

Please stay home if you’re feeling sick. Although acupuncture can be helpful in early stages of cold and flu, we’ve made a conscious decision to not treat sick patients for several reasons. Many patients in our clinic are elderly, pregnant, or have immune-compromising conditions. We want to minimize the spread of illness as it can be a vicious cycle. We want to do as much as possible to prevent everyone from getting sick including the staff.  If we get sick, then we have to close the clinic. If you’re experiencing any symptoms, even if it shows up on the day of your appointment, please reach out and we will reschedule your appointment. We will waive the cancellation fee in these cases. 

FORMS OF PAYMENT:

We prefer cash or checks. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and HSA (Health Savings Accounts).

HEALTH INSURANCE:

As a courtesy, we will bill directly to the following health insurances for ACUPUNCTURE ONLY. Please check your plan to make sure you have acupuncture coverage. Most plans DO NOT cover cupping, herbal therapy, energy healing, and sound therapy. Please be prepared to pay your co-payment or deductible (and any non-covered services) at the time of each visit.

If you have a different health insurance plan, we are happy to provide an out-of-network receipt which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check your healthcare plan to make sure you have coverage for acupuncture and out-of-network provider.
